Just purchased Powerhome after reviewing several products for Insteon management. Nothing comes close the thoroughness of PH. Powerhome actually makes Insteon setup and management bearable.

Unfortunately I continue to have a problem with KeypadLinc Config option. Whenever I highlight the KeypadLinc in the units list of the Insteon devices and select KeypadLinc Config I get the following:

 A critical error occurred at 2006-06-28 20:38:23.890.

 PowerHome Version: 1.03.4.7
 Error Number: 8
Error Message: Reference of array with null subscript at line 14 in function ph_ctlrcmd of object ph_ctlrcmd.
 Window: ph_ctlrcmd
 Object: ph_ctlrcmd
 Event: ph_ctlrcmd
 Line: 14

At that point once I choose how to respond to the error such as copying to Clipboard, e-mail etc., PH returns to the KeypadLinc Config window but it's modeless and the exit button is not enabled. I am forced to close PH from Windows Task Manager.

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated as I have 5 KeypadLincs that I need to set up LED wise.

 Welcome to PowerHome!

Ive looked through the code based upon the error you're getting but am unable to isolate what could be causing the problem.

I know that this function works, so it would appear that it must be something data related. Can you give me details on the KeypadLinc you're trying to configure (basically how it's setup in the Insteon devices screen including it's ID) as well as details on how the Insteon controller is defined (again, include the ID)? If this doesnt yield any clues, it may be best to just have you email me a copy of your database so I can track the problem down and fix it.

 Let me know and thanks,

 Dave.

As I'm having problems with all the KeypadLincs and a re-install of Powerhome along with generating a new Database didn't fix my issue, it may just be simpler to send you my database to look at.

Send it to either dhoward@myx10.com or support@myx10.com. Once I get it I can analyze what's wrong and provide a fix for you.

Sorry to bring this subject back to life, but it's been several months now and I've not heard anything. Was wondering if you ever got a chance to look at the db file I sent to you?

Would really like to get this part of PH to work as it's the primary reason I purchased a license.

In interest of jumpstarting the process I've resent the error message and a copy of my PH db.
