I have a big PLC group (about 20 devices... big to me anyway) that when I have PH turn on or off, PH kinda hangs for about 10 minutes. PH is still running, but things get REEEEEAAAAAAALLLLLLLL Slow. Eventually, it gets back to normal. The SDM log shows this, over and over, while PH is in this hanging mode:

What SRIR? What do I do to fix it? Reset PLC? Is that what is causing PH to hang?

By the way, all of the lights in the group turn on and off as expected, but this 10 minute pregnant pause is disturbing.
